Currently seeking professional placement specialists to partner with us as executive recruiters due to our continuous growth. Willingness to work hard, listen well, develop trust and serve others first is expected. Preferred candidates have at least three-five years experience within business development, recruitment and/or the human resources industry. Must have a strong entrepreneurial passion for success including an ambition to help others succeed attitude to be considered.

Required qualifications include, but not limited to: Remarkable Personality, Business Development Skills, Recruiting, Prospecting, Interviewing, Entrepreneurial, Supports Diversity, Results Driven, Professionalism, Project Management and Organization Skills.

Successful duties of all candidates include, but are not limited to:

  • Establishes recruiting requirements by qualifying needs and expectations, studying organization plans and objectives; prospecting and meeting with hiring managers to discuss needs.
  • Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruitment networks, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
  • Determines applicant expectations and client requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
  • Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements in co-operation with research recruiters, using exclusive networking groups, job sites and other resources.
  • Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; comparing qualifications to job requirements and presenting qualified candidates.
  • Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules; arranges travel if required.
  • Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
  • Negotiates offers including terms of relocation by determining new employee requirements
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reviewing professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  • Self-motivated and ambitious individuals who can work well independently but also as part of a team serving as a trusted and knowledgeable business advisor to clients and candidates.
